I believe that the world would be a better place if we all worked a little more to encourage one another and help lift each other away from thoughts of self-doubt. My goal with this 5-week mastermind experience is to prepare you to go out and face the fears that are holding YOU back from reaching your full potential.

Meet Dr. Vincent Charron, The Host of The Mastermind!

Dr. Vincent J. Charron is a pastor, a life and leadership coach, a certified church consultant, and a trained church revitalizer. Dr. Charron thrives on providing people with solutions that will strengthen them so they can change their world.

After serving 14 years in the US Army and gaining a plethora of church and pastoral experience, Dr. Charron had the pleasure of being trained by well-known rock stars in the industry such as Dr. John Maxwell of the John Maxwell Team, Dr. Thom Rainer of Church Answers, Dr. Steven Crowther at Grace College of Divinity, Pastor Michael Fletcher of Manna Church, and Christian Simpson a world-renown coach of coaches to name a few.

Dr. Charron's philosophy is to believe more for people than they believe for themselves, which is what gave birth to TCM Leadership Group in 2019. Strengthening people to change their world by Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring them is the heartbeat of TCM Leadership Group.
